  • Your Minecraft username
  • Your Discord user identifier, join date, username and profile picture
  • Your responses to the application questions
  • The IP address and browser agent of the device you are using to apply

We collect this data to:

  • Evaluate your application and prevent abuse;
  • Protect the server and community from disruptive behaviors;
  • Understand how applicants find us.

4. Legal basis for processing

Under Article 6 of the GDPR, our legal bases are:

  • Legitimate interest — to manage server membership and protect the community;
  • Consent — you agree to this policy by checking the box before submitting your application.

5. How your data is stored and protected

  • Your data is stored securely in our database hosted by Supabase.
  • Access is limited to trusted server administrators.
  • We use appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

6. How long we retain your data

We retain your data until you request deletion or your account is removed from the server. This allows us to:

  • Maintain application records for moderation and fairness;
  • Re-verify or revisit application data when needed.

Supabase

We use Supabase to host and manage our database. Your data is stored securely on their servers, and Supabase is GDPR-compliant.

OpenAI

We may use OpenAI's GPT models to help evaluate your application text (e.g., to assist moderation or detect inappropriate content).

  • We only send your written responses — not your IP address, Discord ID, or user agent.
  • Data may be temporarily retained by OpenAI for abuse monitoring.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of the policy. Significant changes will be communicated on our Discord server.
